Presentations Delayed...

Hi everyone. I am unfortunately (or fortunately for you, depending on how you look at it) going to be away for one more day. I know we were scheduled to begin presentations today so you can all take a big sigh of relief and know that you can have one last day to put the finishing touches on what are surely going to be some amazing presentations.

Please use your time wisely today and make the most of this opportunity. If you haven't done so already please:
- proofread all of your spelling
- check to see how it looks by walking away from your monitor and looking at it from a distance
- ask another group to give you their opinion and feedback
- rehearse the timing of it and remember it must fall between 5-7 minutes.

One last thing:

Each student is going to be responsible for uploading their work onto their own Google site. That means if you are in a group of 2, both of you must upload the project onto your own individual site.

You need to make a new page on your website called "Team Research Project" on that page you need to type out the title of your presentation and then you need to write down both partner's names. Beside their names you need to write down what each partner was responsible for doing in the presentation. This will help me when marking so I know who did what.

If you have a PowerPoint you can upload the file to your homework page using the link at the bottom.

If you have done a Prezi you can share the link by adding a hyperlink to your Prezi project on your Team Research page. If you are really tricky, you can also copy the embed code from the Prezi site and copy & paste that into the HTML of your Google page. Doing that will allow the full presentation to be viewed directly from your website.

Good luck and I am looking forward to seeing your hard work on Friday!
